About Accurate Total Car Care

Automotive Repair

Located at 1810 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603, Accurate Total Car Care operates as an auto repair shop serving Lancaster in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Lancaster, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Pennsylvania vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (717) 393-7516. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is accuratetotalcarcare.net, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 262 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in Lancaster and suggests consistent service.

Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Lancaster peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This shop is the real deal, I am so happy to have it do close to us! They are kind, reasonable, and great to work with! If you see the amount of cars in their lot, you see what a great business they are doing. Thank you for being in our neighborhood, it’s so convenient and we know the work is good and we trust you!

Read what this con artist has replied to my comment. My neighbor an me tried and failed to put in a Cam Shaft Sensor. Took it there and from his incompetence had to bring my car to Honda. Stay away fro this repair shop. Worst car repair shop experience i have ever had. Brought my car there for a Cam Shaft Postion Sensor my neighbor tried to put in for me. They kept my car for 3 days. 3 days, never called or contacted me except for a text at 830 pm at night I called for three days no one even answered the phone. So then I leave a message I want my car back. These con artists charge 150 dollars. On my drive home these incompetent Scammers could not even close my hood correctly. It popped up on the highway on my way home. I took my car to Honda and the sensor was loose. They charged me 150 for nothing. This shop is a fraud, bring your car elsewhere for repairs. Accurate Total Care Care is a scam and the worst shop in Pennsylvania.

This is the car repair shop as they should be. Everyone I talked to all had my best interests at heart. Although I this was my first time there, I know I can trust them to accurately diagnose the cause of the issue and offer me the best price available to repair it. I happened to be there picking up my car when a mechanic came in about a customer who thought he had a bad battery. Denny, behind the counter, told him to check other things because he looked up the history and knew it just had a new battery put in last year. For my inspection, he also looked up when I had brakes and rotors installed last since I didn't think it was all that long ago. It was longer than I thought. It's a big happy family atmosphere, and I'm glad to be included. These folks have my strongest recommendation.
